Consultations are currently free, to secure a treatment, a £50 deposit will be collected at time of booking, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost. Upon booking, you will receive a medical questionnaire and consent form via email. Please complete and return these promptly, as they are required before your appointment. (Please see our booking policy for more details)

Referral program
At JS Aesthetics, we reward loyalty with the JS Refer A Friend Scheme. As we strive to help our patients achieve their transformation goals with cutting edge procedures and natural-looking outcomes, it is no wonder that most of our new clients come to us through recommendation and we are very much aware of this. We are grateful to our loyal clients, who endorse us to their friends and loved ones.
As a Thank You we have introduced a generous loyalty and referral scheme, rewarding for both the referrer and the referred friend. This means that you receive a £25 Thank You Voucher for every paying friend. Your friend also receives a Welcome Voucher of £25 too. The vouchers are redeemable against any future treatments at JS Aesthetics Belper.

Booking Policy
At JS Aesthetics we understand that occasionally you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment for a number of reasons. If you should need to rearrange you may do so once, on the same deposit and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours’ notice.
If you need to rearrange again after this, the non-refundable deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.
Cancellations are non-refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no show”. The only time we will consider waiving the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or a last minute emergency (official proof will be required) or upon my discretion.
