Booking Policy
At JS Aesthetics, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and optimal service, the following booking terms apply:
Consultation Fee
A £50 consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable against any treatment booked within 14 days of the consultation. If no treatment is booked within this timeframe, or the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the consultation fee will apply and is non-refundable.
Treatment Payment
To secure your treatment appointment, the full treatment cost (minus the redeemed consultation fee) is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Treatments can be rescheduled without charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you need to reschedule a treatment within less than 48 hours of your appointment, a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost will apply. This policy helps ensure we can offer your appointment slot to other clients and maintain our schedule efficiently.
No-shows will also be charged 50% of the total treatment cost.
All refunds will insure a £20 admin fee.
